About these terms
These terms govern your use of xyova.com (the "site"). Access to the Xyova platform itself is provided under a separate agreement with your school or organisation.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.
- The site is for information; access to reports and the platform is login-gated and restricted to authorised users.
Intellectual property
The Xyova name, the diamond mark, the site's content, and the underlying evaluation methodology are owned by the company and its affiliates. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The platform & evaluations
Xyova provides evaluation grounded in evidence that supports professional judgement rather than replacing it. Each statistical check has stated limits, and scores in doubt are reviewed by a human before publication. Platform access, scope and service terms are set out in the separate school agreement.

Information you send through our demo-request form is handled under our privacy policy.
No warranties & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
