For teachers

Your practice,
in your own words.

Every teacher has a best lesson nobody saw. Xyova for teachers is a space to think about your own teaching, on your own terms, with nobody marking it.

What it is

A reflection space
of your own.

Structured reflection, written or spoken, whichever you prefer. Prompts that ask the questions a good coach would ask. Your own notes, your own goals, and a record of how your thinking changes across a year.

It is yours. Your school does not see it, your head of department does not see it, and nothing in it reaches an appraisal.

What it is not

What it is not.

It does not record your lessons. No classroom audio, no video, no students, ever. That is deliberate. Recording children requires a school's authority and a parent's consent, and neither belongs in a teacher's personal account.

If your school uses Xyova, your reflection sits alongside the evidence from your own lessons and the two become one picture. If it does not, the reflection stands on its own and is yours alone.

How it works for you

Yours, from the
first lesson on.

01

You go first

Think about the lesson before anyone else weighs in. Where your sense of it differs from what happened is the most useful thing in teaching, and almost nobody gets to see it.

02

Speak or write

At the end of a teaching day, talking is easier than typing. Answer out loud and Xyova listens.

03

A year, not a moment

One reflection is a note. A year of them is a record of a career developing, and it travels with you.

For teachers

Start with one
reflection.

It is yours, and nobody marks it.
